A TV legend and regular on The Carol Burnett Show, he has written and starred in many family films including The Apple Dumpling Gang, The Private Eyes and many more. He talks about the violence, nudity and foul language in television today and how annoying and insulting it is. A very funny and entertaining interview.

Thanks to Aeternus for her post on the Golden Compass movie. More information on The 12/07/2007 episode of Catholic Answers Live, “Pullman’s Atheistic Pull” with guests Pete Vere and Steve Wood. It is very interesting and informative. Pete Vere and Sandra Miesel are the authors of a new book “Pied Piper of Atheism: Philip Pullman and Children’s Fantasy”. Pete Vere talks about Pullman using C.S. Lewis’ imagery and reads from Pullman’s book apologizing for repeating blasphemy over the air. SuperBad Movie Is Beyond Vile – Teresa Tomeo Podcast

Teresa Tomeo hosts Catholic Connection, a daily morning show with news, information, and special guests, all from a Catholic perspective. She discusses social issues, media awareness, and interviews local businesses, youth, families, and community leaders. In this episode guest Barbara Nicolosi, a catholic movie critic and screenwriter talks about the new movie, SuperBad, which she says is “beyond vile.” Other guests include Janet Morana with Priests for Life and the Silent No More Awareness Campaign. They talk about an article linking grapefruit to breast cancer and the cover-up of the link between abortion and breast cancer. Another guest Helen Griffin talks about Decades for 2008, a prayer campaign for the 2008 elections. You can listen to this episode online here.

If someone knows of where the entire two hour show can be downloaded I would appreciate the information. The dates on these archives seem to be dated a day later than the iTunes podcast download date.
